Family holiday
Me: I'm not sure that I want to go ice skating because I'm kind of terrified of the American health system and I don't want to get hurt?
Dad: We have travel insurance!
Mum: It'll be good for you!
Liv: Someone will skate over your hand and slice your fingers off.

Of course it's finals week.
Of course my new camera turns up.
Of course my otherwise helpful energies are involuntarily channeled into my girlfriend.
Of course the fire alarm goes off.
Of course it develops a glitch and goes off every hour.
Of course, I wouldn’t have gotten anything done anyway.
